Since its investment in BlijWerkt, Gilde has played an active role in the organic and acquisitive expansion of the company. It supported BlijWerkt with growth capital which enabled it to do 6 add-on acquisitions and broaden its services to a full spectrum occupational healthcare service provider, servicing both small as large clients.

In 2020, Gilde sold its stake in BlijWerkt to Mentha Capital who plan to further grow the company.
