Stephan joined Gilde Healthcare in 2020. As part of the Private Equity team, he is involved in deal origination, assessment of investment cases, and portfolio management, as well as investment and disinvestment processes.

He began his career at private equity house AUCTUS where he was focused on buy-and-build transactions in the German mid-market, as well as managing portfolio companies in the healthcare sector.

Stephan holds a Master’s degree in Management & Technology from Technical University Munich (TUM), Germany, and studied as a Fulbright Scholar at Columbia University, New York.
