Robert joined Gilde Healthcare in 2021. As Partner in the Private Equity team he is responsible for the sourcing, execution, and hands-on management of portfolio companies with a focus on the German speaking region.

He previously worked for Arthur Andersen in its audit and transaction services team after completing his studies in business economics. Robert has been active in private equity for over 25 years, and has successfully sourced, executed and managed investments on an international scale. Following 10 years as Partner at 3i Group plc, and seven years as Managing Director of Argentis GmbH he became an entrepreneur himself, with a focus on family offices and private clients.

He holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Mannheim, Germany.
