Raphael joined the Private Equity team of Gilde Healthcare in 2023. He is involved in deal origination, assessment of investment cases, (dis)investment processes and portfolio management.

Before joining Gilde Healthcare, Raphael worked at Jefferies, a global investment bank. Here he was involved in various M&A transactions, mainly in the healthcare industry for medical devices, development & manufacturing, and technology.

Raphael holds a MSc. in Management with a major in International Finance from HEC Paris and completed his bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Mannheim. He is a German citizen and speaks German, English, and French.
