Pheline joined Gilde Healthcare in 2024. As part of the Private Equity team, she supports the firm with deal origination, assessment of investment cases, portfolio management, as well as investment and disinvestment processes.

She previously gained experience in private equity with Bridgepoint and Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen (HQIB) and transaction advisory with KPMG, where she gained experience in valuation and strategic development of healthcare companies.

Pheline holds a MSc of Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Frankfurt, Germany. She also completed her studies in Business Administration with focus on Management, Philosophy & Economics at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
