Marco Gadola is an experienced C-level executive. From 2013 to 2019, he served as CEO of the Straumann Group, a Swiss Stock Exchange listed world market leader in the dental industry. Since then he held a number of advisory and board roles among others at Calida, VFS Global, WS Audiology, MCH Group, DKSH, Straumann Group, Medartis and Bühler Group.

He holds a MBA from the University of Basel, Switzerland and followed several leadership programs at INSEAD, Paris, London School of Economics, UK,  and IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. Marco Gadola is a certified Change Management and Executive Leadership coach of INSEAD, Paris and member of the CMi Merryck coaching and mentoring network.

As a senior advisor to Gilde Healthcare he advises the fund on various themes and specifically on investments in the Medtech space, including DETAX.
