Lara Hilgert joined the private equity team of Gilde Healthcare in 2021. She is involved in deal origination, assessment of investment cases, (dis)investment processes and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Gilde Healthcare, Lara gained experience in strategy consulting with Roland Berger, investment banking with Greenhill, and transaction advisory with PwC. Here she gained experience in valuation and strategic development of healthcare companies.

Lara completed her studies in Business Administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar, Deutschland. She holds a MSc in Finance from ESADE in Barcelona, Spain and a Master in International Management from ESADE and the London School of Economics in London, UK.
