Lara joined Gilde Healthcare in 2021. As part of the Private Equity team, she supports the firm in deal origination, assessment of investment cases, investment & divestment processes and portfolio management.

She previously held roles in strategy consulting with Roland Berger, investment banking with Greenhill & Co., and transaction advisory with PwC, where Lara gained comprehensive experience in valuation and strategic development of healthcare companies.

Lara holds a Master’s degrees in Finance, from ESADE in Barcelona, Spain and an CEMS MSc in International Management from ESADE and London School of Economics in London, UK. Lara also completed her studies in Business Administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar, Germany.
