Konstantin joined Gilde Healthcare in 2025. As a member of the Private Equity team, he is involved in deal origination, assessment of investment cases, investment & divestment processes and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Gilde Healthcare, Konstantin gained experience across both private and public markets investing after transitioning away from clinical practice where his focus was in Psychiatry.

Konstantin is a medical doctor and conducted foundational research in the field of molecular immunology during his studies at the University Hospital of Cologne in Germany.
