Kasia Lorek joined the private equity team of Gilde Healthcare in 2023. She is involved in deal origination, assessment of investment cases, (dis)investment processes and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Gilde Healthcare, Kasia worked at Philips, a global health technology company focused on healthy living, diagnosis, treatment and home care. Here she gained more than five years of M&A experience across various deal types, including acquisitions, minority investments and divestments, and across various healthcare sectors, including medical device, equipment and healthcare IT. Kasia holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
