Kasia joined Gilde Healthcare in 2023. She supports the Private Equity team in deal origination, assessment of investment cases, investment & divestment processes and portfolio management.

Prior to joining the team, she spent over five years at global health technology company Philips, gaining M&A experience across deal types including acquisitions, minority stakes and divestments within the healthcare sector, notably with businesses in medical devices and healthtech.

She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
