Joep joined Gilde Healthcare in 2018, where he plays a pivotal role in the Private Equity team. He oversees the entire investment process and provides strategic support to portfolio companies.

Before joining Gilde, Joep gained experience in M&A, turnarounds, and business development, at GIMV, Duff & Phelps and Roland Berger.

He holds Master’s degrees in both Finance and Accounting, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, from Tilburg University, the Netherlands.
