Christine Stimpel has over 30 years experience in Executive Search and Management Consulting, as a Managing Director and Partner of the globally leading consulting firm Heidrick & Struggles and previously with a competitor. Focusing on the Healthcare Life Sciences Industry, she is advising corporations and investment companies on attracting management for C-Level positions, as well as consulting on matters of succession planning, team alignment and company strategy regarding talent management. Previous to her engagement in consulting she held management roles at Johnson & Johnson and WPP.

She obtained her PhD in Veterinary Medicine from the Ludwig-Maximillians-University of Munich and her MBA in economics from the City University of Washington, U.S.A.

She is also engaged as a member of the Advisory Board of the Business School of the Technical University of Munich and is an author of books and publications.
