Our transatlantic team, comprising sector specialists with operating and financial backgrounds, leverages its deep industry knowledge to achieve outsized returns on companies that deliver better care at lower costs.

The Private Equity fund is managed by a dedicated investment team and is focused on:

healthcare providers, suppliers of medical products and service providers active in the lower mid-market market, for example: clinics, healthcare IT, CROs or medical equipment
established and profitable businesses with an EBITDA between €2-15 million
headquartered in Europe, primarily the Benelux and DACH region
preferably majority ownership
