Josephine joined Gilde Healthcare in 2021. As part of the Private Equity team, she is responsible for deal origination, assessment of investment cases, investment & divestment processes and portfolio management.

She previously worked in strategy consulting for Simon-Kucher, managing global projects in topline growth and commercial excellence for leading healthcare & life science clients.

Josephine holds a Master’s degree in International Management and Strategy from Vlerick Business School in Brussels, and an MSc in Business Economics and Administration from the University of Antwerp, where she also gained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering.
