Max joined the Gilde Healthcare Climate Solutions team in 2025. He is involved in deal origination, assessment of investment cases, investment & divestment processes, and portfolio management.

Prior to his role at Gilde, he held private equity roles at Egeria Private Equity and Gate Invest – concentrating on European (lower-)mid-market deals, and gained M&A experience at Houlihan Lokey.

He holds a double Master’s degree in Financial Economics and Management & Organisations from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
