Evotec is a drug discovery alliance. It is focused on rapidly developing innovative drugs and other products with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Its partners include Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Genentech and Janssen Pharmaceuticals. In addition, Evotec has product candidates both in clinical and pre-clinical development.

Gilde obtained listed Evotec shares (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: EVT) in 2007 after Evotec acquired the French company Neuro3D for its clinical program in schizophrenia.
