Marion joined Gilde Healthcare in 2023. She works across both the firm’s private and publicly listed investments, and is involved in deal sourcing, due diligence and portfolio management.

She previously worked as an associate at Kurma Partners – BioFund III, where Marion participated in the creation of Corteria Pharmaceuticals and Vico Therapeutics, as well as the closings of IO Biotech, Step Pharma and Lucine. During her time at Kurma, she served on the boards of Imcheck Therapeutics and Amolyt Pharma.

Marion holds a joint Master’s degree in Biology from the European Magister of Genetics, at Paris Diderot University, France and Milano-Bicocca University, Italy. She also graduated from ESCP Management Schoolith a Bachelor’s degree in Biopharmaceutical Management.
