Oksana van Vliet joined Gilde Healthcare in 2021 as Legal & AML/KYC Counsel. Her primary focus within Gilde Healthcare is to assist with legal, regulatory and compliance related matters.

Oksana has over 10 years of professional experience and she is specialized in corporate law, (international) corporate restructurings, M&A and (corporate) compliance. Prior to joining Gilde Healthcare, Oksana worked for over 7 years as a lawyer at Deloitte Legal’s corporate law team in the Netherlands and over 4 years as an associate at Baker & McKenzie’s corporate and M&A team in Ukraine.

Oksana holds LL.B and LL.M. degrees from the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands and a degree in civil law from the Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs. Her native languages are Ukrainian and Russian and she is fluent in English and Dutch.
