Ludo joined Gilde Healthcare in 2019. As Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer, he is responsible for managing all legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters within the firm.

For over 14 years, Ludo worked as a lawyer with reputable international law firms including Deloitte Legal, in its Global Technology Strategy team, and as part of the M&A team at Loyens & Loeff N.V.

Ludo holds a Master’s degree in Laws from the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands.
