Rik Maerten joined Gilde Healthcare in January 2025. Rik is responsible for the financial accounting of all fund entities, including monthly/quarterly closings and related reporting requirements and preparing financial statements for the fund entities.

Prior to this role, Rik was part of the Audit & Assurance service line at Forvis Mazars. In his role, he conducted financial audits, ensured compliance with accounting standards, and provided guidance to colleagues.

Rik holds a BSc degree in Accountancy from Hogeschool Inholland.
