Paulien joined Gilde Healthcare in 2015. As part of the Venture&Growth team, she is responsible for overseeing financial administration, preparation of reports and management of organizational duties across Gilde entities.

Prior to joining Gilde, Paulien worked as a tax assistant at Rabobank Nederland, where she was responsible for various VAT and payroll tax-related projects, analyzing management reports and preparing financial policies and guidelines for the Tax Department.

She holds a Master’s degree in Controlling from Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from HU University of Applied Sciences also based in the Netherlands.
