Oksana joined Gilde Healthcare in 2021. She is responsible for assisting the firm with legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters.

She brings over 10 years of professional legal experience, specialized in corporate law, (international) corporate restructurings, M&A and corporate compliance. Prior to joining Gilde, Oksana worked for over seven years as a Corporate and M&A Lawyer at Deloitte Legal in the Netherlands and over four years as a Corporate and M&A Associate at Baker & McKenzie in Ukraine.

Oksana holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Amsterdam. She also gained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Law from the Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs.
