Katharina Mono joined Gilde Healthcare in January 2024 as an ESG & Impact Analyst. She holds a BSc from Leiden University in Psychology and graduated from Utrecht University with a MSc in Sustainable Development in September 2023. Katharina worked for TAUW Germany as a working student in the areas of Behavioural Based Safety (BBS), Environmental Due Diligence (EDD), and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).

During her master’s Katharina carried out various research projects, including a research project with the Research Department of the Prinses Máxima Centre in Utrecht, independent research in Greece, and a research project in collaboration with the National Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Within the realm of her master thesis, she worked as a research assistant for a Horizon 2020 project in South Africa with the African Circular Economy Network. She speaks English and German.
