Harriët Katsman joined Gilde Healthcare in 2025 as a Recruitment & Talent Manager. She is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent at Gilde Healthcare, while aligning recruitment efforts with the company’s organizational goals.

Prior to joining Gilde Healthcare, Harriët started her own business in Executive Search and worked as an independent Consultant/Partner at Brightlinck Executive Search, focusing on Management & C-level positions in midsize companies, start-ups and scale-ups. Besides her work at Gilde Healthcare, Harriët will keep her own recruitment firm, TAO Talent & Ontwikkeling.

Harriët holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management from Hotel Management School in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands.
