Besmire joined Gilde Healthcare in 2023. She is an Associate and supports the firm’s fundraising efforts, investor relations, and external communications.

Before joining Gilde, Besmire gained LP experience as Junior Investment Manager at PGGM in its private equity team, and as an Investment Analyst at the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank FMO.

Besmire earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University and a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus University.
