Stepping Stones (her)opent villa Oosterveld in Arnhem

Arnhem/Elden – Villa Oosterveld met 18 kamers is 21 september officieel geopend door de wethouder van Zorg en Welzijn Henk Kok.

Villa Oosterveld is weer open. Het voormalige klooster is nu een Stepping Stones Home & Care zorgvilla voor hulpbehoevende en dementerende ouderen die niet meer zelfstandig kunnen wonen. De villa is intensief verbouwd en voorzien van alle moderne faciliteiten, maar met behoud van karakteristieke elementen.

De afgelopen 90 jaar hebben de Zusters van Onze Lieve Vrouw uit Amersfoort gewoond in dit monumentale klooster. Nu is Stepping Stones Home & Care de trotse eigenaar en alles draait weer om zorg, toewijding en aandacht voor mensen.

Tijdens de twee open dagen op 21 en 22 september hebben vele belangstellenden uit Arnhem en omgeving kunnen zien wat Stepping Stones verstaat onder respectvolle ouderenzorg. De directie gaat ervan uit dat Villa Oosterveld met nieuwe bewoners en het zorgteam weer gaat leven.
