Dutch communication system integrator Zetacom B.V. announced the acquisition of communication specialist Ooperon B.V.

Dutch communication system integrator Zetacom B.V. announced the acquisition of communication specialist Ooperon B.V.. Ooperon provides specialist solutions for critical communication in healthcare and personal security. The add-on of Ooperon marks Zetacom’s third acquisition since the addition of communication solutions providers Creaforti and BproCare. By joining forces, Zetacom strengthens its position as a market-leading IT partner in healthcare while Ooperon can support its customers with a more complete range of solutions. Ooperon will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary producing and marketing communication solutions for healthcare and correctional facilities.
