The add-on of Ooperon marks Zetacom’s third acquisition since the addition of communication solutions providers Creaforti and BproCare. By joining forces, Zetacom strengthens its position as a market-leading IT partner in healthcare while Ooperon can support its customers with a more complete range of solutions. Ooperon will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary producing and marketing communication solutions for healthcare and correctional facilities.
