The Climate Solutions fund is focused on:

• Supporting the energy transition, sustaining biodiversity and reducing waste & pollution
• Established and profitable businesses with an EBITDA between €2-15 million
• Primarily Northwestern Europe (main focus Benelux and DACH)
• Preference for majority ownership
